In this Frame:

  • Complaints and requests from our customers are assessed, solved and answered as soon as possible, with a transparent, objective and fair approach, keeping all the information of our customers within our confidentiality principle.
  • We are taking a ‘customer-focused’ approach to our solution process by organizing our customers to compensate for their damages, in the process of evaluating customer feedback, and in all other activities.
  •  We aim to constantly improve our trainings and products and services that we provide to our employees and feedbacks we receive from our customers and to prevent the repetition of complaints.
  • We are constantly contributing to the development of our products and practice trainings that we give to our customers.
  • We undertake to comply with the TS ISO 10002 Customer Complaints Management System requirements and all applicable laws, regulations and all other conditions binding us.
